Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus A.Kupchyna hands the Consular patent to Honorary Consul of Belarus in Slovenia

On September 4, 2016, an official ceremony on the occasion of the appointment of Janez Škrabec as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Slovenia took place. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Alena Kupchyna, handed the consular patent to J.Škrabec.
