On February 7, 2024 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Zimbabwe, Ihar Marshalau, presented his Credentials to the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Emmerson Mnangagwa.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current issues on the international agenda, discussed the implementation of joint projects and prospects for further deepening of Belarusian-Zimbabwean interaction, including agricultural and industrial cooperation. Touched upon the preparation and holding of the first meeting of the Joint Permanent Commission on Cooperation between Belarus and Zimbabwe in Harare (Zimbabwe).
The President E.Mnangagwa confirmed his readiness to pay a visit to Belarus.
