Ambassador of Belarus D.Dzeravinski meets Deputy Minister of Industry and National Trade of Venezuela

On 7 May 2026, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Dzmitry Dzeravinski, met with the Deputy Minister of Industry and National Trade of Venezuela, Jose Javier Hernandez Castillo, and the President of the Venezuelan automotive industry corporation ‘Corsoauto’, Mileidy Andreina Bastidas Montilla.

The parties discussed a number of organisational and technical issues following previously reached agreements concerning the activities of joint ventures in Barinas State for the assembly of Belarusian tractors and cargo vehicles.

The sides outlined a plan for joint activities in the short term aimed at invigorating production at these enterprises and giving further momentum to the mutually beneficial partnership in the field of industrial cooperation.
