S.Aleinik emphasized the importance of a unifying initiative such as the ”International Section“ in today's difficult international environment and expressed hope that it would continue in the future. ”Relations between countries are also an open book. It is a book into which we daily, weekly, monthly, and annually inscribe the brightest pages of cooperation. May the ”International Section“ serve as a shining example of a unifying agenda, joint efforts, fruitful international cooperation, an example of a world of books without borders in these difficult and turbulent times“, the Minister said.
Welcoming speech was also made by Vladimir Pertsov, the Minister of Information of Belarus, and Nazarkuly Shakulyev, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Belarus.
