On the meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Ryzhenkov with Ambassador of Russia

On 8  August 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Belarus, Boris Gryzlov.

Topical issues of Belarusian-Russian cooperation were discussed during the meeting. The Head of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry informed the Russian Ambassador about the planned participation of the Belarusian side in the Eastern Economic Forum, which will be held in September 2024 in the Primorsky Territory of the Russian Federation.

During the conversation, special attention was paid to the topics related to the preparation for the signing of the Belarusian-Russian Agreement on security guarantees this year.
