On the Meeting of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr.Aleksandr Guryanov with the Chair of the U.S. Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad

On April 24, 2014 Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Mr.Aleksandr Guryanov met with Ms.Lesley Weiss, Chair of the U.S. Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad, and the Charge d'Affaires, a.i. of the United States in Belarus, Mr. Ethan Goldrich. 

At the meeting, the sides explored possible avenues of Belarus – U.S. cooperation to protect and preserve cultural heritage.

During her visit to Belarus, Ms.Weiss will conduct meetings at the Ministry of Culture, the Office of Plenipotentiary for Religions and Nationalities, the Department of Archives and Records of the Ministry of Justice, as well as with the representatives of the Jewish community of our country.
