Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Ryzhenkov takes part in a commemorative ceremony on Victory Square

On 9 May 2026, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, laid flowers at the Victory Monument.

The ceremony marking Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War was also attended by heads of diplomatic missions of foreign states and representatives of international organisations accredited in Belarus.

The participants observed a minute’s silence in memory of the fallen heroes.
