Ambassador of Belarus V. Denisenko meets the Minister of Culture of Tajikistan   

On October 3, 2024 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Tajikistan, Viktor Denisenko, met with the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sattoriyon Matlubakhon  Amonzoda.

The parties summarised the preliminary results of cooperation between Belarus and Tajikistan in the field of culture in 2024, noting the positive dynamics in holding common events.

The Ambassador and the Minister discussed plans for the nearest future, including the Days of Culture and Days of Cinema of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Tajikistan in October this year, training of artists from Tajikistan in Belarusian universities and institutes, and touring activities. 

The sides agreed that the peoples of Belarus and Tajikistan should preserve common values, historical closeness and richness of national cultures for the sake of peace, stability and mutual understanding in the region.
