Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Barysevich meets the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq

On May 13, 2021 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Mikalai Barysevich, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Iraq to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus non-resident, Abdulrahman Hamid Mohammed Al-Hussaini, on the occasion of presentation of the copies of his Credentials.
During the conversation, the parties agreed on the necessity to intensify political contacts, as well as trade and economic cooperation.
The interlocutors noted that deliveries of Belarusian industrial products and other goods to Iraq, as well as the further development of cooperation in the spheres of agriculture, education and tourism are of the greatest mutual interest. The parties agreed to facilitate an exchange of visits of delegations of the chambers of commerce and representatives of business circles of the two countries.
