Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Ryzhenkov meets the Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the UAE

On May 8, 2025 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maksim Ryzhenkov, met with the Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates, Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi.

The parties discussed topical issues on the agenda, including the schedule of the forthcoming events at the highest and high levels. Special attention was paid to the establishment of a free-trade zone between the EAEU and the UAE in the context of Belarus' chairmanship of the organisation.

The interlocutors highlighted mutual interest in increasing trade turnover and practical implementation of joint investment projects in the areas of international trade and high technology.
