The Signing Ceremony of the Protocol between the Governments of Belarus and Vietnam

On December 3, 2020 the ceremony of signing the Protocol on amendments and additions to the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on supporting the production of motor vehicles in Vietnam dated March 23, 2016 was held at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

From the Belarusian side the Protocol was signed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of our country to Vietnam, Vladimir Goshin, from the Vietnamese side – the Minister of Industry and Trade, Tran Tuan Anh.
During the event the parties stressed that the adoption of the agreement meets the spirit of friendly relations between Belarus and Vietnam and confirms the desire of the two countries to develop cooperation.
The protocol will significantly simplify the work of the joint Belarusian-Vietnamese enterprise for the assembly of MAZ Asia LLC trucks and increase the volume of production.
