Ambassador U.Baravikou meets the member of Politburo and the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, President of Ho Chi Minh State National Academy of Politics

On October 1, 2024 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus, Uladzimir Baravikou, met with Nguyen Xuan Thang, the member of the Politburo and the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, President of the Ho Chi Minh State Academy of Politics of Vietnam, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council.

The sides discussed the issues of the bilateral agenda, mechanisms to promote "people's diplomacy" initiatives, prospects for establishing co-operation between the Vietnamese Academy and Belarusian partners. 

The sides noted the importance of joint work to preserve historical memory and prevent distortion of history, as well as patriotic education of the youth.
