Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Turkmenistan

On November 27, 2020 the Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Turkmenistan were held online.
The Belarusian delegation was headed by the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alexander Guryanov, the Turkmenistan delegation was led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Berdyniyaz Myatiev.
During the talks, the sides discussed topical issues on the bilateral agenda and prospects for further development of Belarusian-Turkmen relations in the political, trade and economic spheres, as well as interaction between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries within the framework of international organizations.
The issues of cooperation in the humanitarian sphere, the state of the legal framework and joint actions in the context of the complicated epidemiological situation in the world were discussed.
