Accreditation of Foreign Media for Coverage of the Joint Strategic Exercise of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation “Zapad 2025”

Foreign journalists interested in covering the joint strategic exercise of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation “Zapad 2025,” to be held in Belarus from September 12–16, 2025, are required to complete the temporary accreditation procedure on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus no later than August 28, 2025. In the electronic application form, under the field “Additional information,” it is mandatory to indicate: “Zapad 2025.”Documents that do not meet all the established requirements will not be considered. Applications without the note “Zapad 2025” will not be processed.

Journalists holding valid permanent accreditation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus are likewise required to submit an application to cover the exercise to the MFA Press Service (e-mail: press@mfa.gov.by) no later than August 28, 2025, with the note “Zapad 2025.” The application should include passport details, the name of the media outlet, position, and the number of the MFA accreditation card.

Accreditation cards will be sent to journalists by September 10, 2025.
