Ambassador of Belarus to Türkiye A.Glaz meets the Head of Türkiye-Belarus Parliamentary Friendship Group

On July 8, 2025 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Türkiye,  Anatoli Glaz, met with a Member of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Türkiye and the Head of the Türkiye-Belarus Parliamentary Friendship Group, Selman Eser.

During the meeting, the parties focused on practical aspects of interparliamentary cooperation, including the schedule of contacts for the near future and joint efforts of parliamentarians in protecting traditional and family values.

Priority areas for further work were identified, covering mutual visits of business circles, contacts at the level of the parliaments of the two countries, and the development of cooperation in the humanitarian, educational, cultural and other spheres.

In addition, the interlocutors touched upon the situation in the region and interparliamentary cooperation in multilateral formats.

The Belarusian Ambassador informed the Head of the Friendship Group about the upcoming 3rd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security, scheduled for October 2025, and invited the Turkish parliamentary delegation to participate in the event.
