Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus I.Sekreta meets Vice-President of IFRC

On 7 July 2026, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Sekreta, met with the Vice-President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and Member of the Board of the Swiss Red Cross, Manuel Bessler, who was in Belarus on a working visit.

The parties discussed current issues and prospects for the further development of cooperation between Belarus and the IFRC, the progress made in implementing the 2026 Joint Action Plan between the Republic of Belarus and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and the humanitarian situation in the region and the world.
