III Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security

On October 28–29, 2025 the 3rd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security was held.

A large-scale analytical forum brought together around 700 representatives of the academic and expert communities, as well as major think tanks from more than 45 countries, in the Belarusian capital. Among the participants were the Foreign Ministers of Hungary, Russia, the DPRK, and Myanmar; the Special Representative of China; Heads of several international organizations (CIS, CSTO, CICA, and others); and Deputy Foreign Ministers from India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Cambodia, the UAE, Oman, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

The conference featured a frank and inclusive discussion on the prospects for Eurasian security amid the crisis of the existing world order, chronic military-political contradictions among key players, and the near-total absence of communication between them.
