On September 6, 2017 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Oleg Kravchenko, participated in the meeting of the German-Belarusian Economic Club in Minsk, dedicated to the prospects of relations between the Republic of Belarus and the European Union in general and the Federal Republic of Germany in particular.
As a special guest, the Deputy Minister addressed the participants of the meeting and presented pertinent information on the dynamics of the Belarusian-European and Belarusian-German cooperation in various fields.

During the discussion, O.Kravchenko answered the questions regarding prospects for Belarus-EU cooperation, including the collaboration within the framework of the Eastern Partnership Initiative, presented the approaches of the Belarusian side to the preparation for the November EaP summit in Brussels. The Deputy Minister underlined the important role of Germany in promoting dialogue with European structures and emphasized a constant interest of the Belarusian side in developing a multifaceted cooperation with the Federal Republic of Germany.
