On February 9, 2018 Minsk hosted consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Latvia.
The Belarusian delegation was led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Oleg Kravchenko. The Latvian delegation was headed by the State Secretary, Andreis Pildegovichs.
In the course of the consultations, the parties discussed current state and prospects for development of bilateral relations, including due to the agreements reached during the recent visit to Belarus of the Latvian Prime-Minister, Maris Kuchinskis.
The parties also addressed the topical issues on international and regional agenda, as well as Belarus-EU cooperation.
