On 7 July in Minsk Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Aleinik met with a delegation of the Northern Dimension Environmental Partnership (NDEP) led by Magnus Rystedt, the Managing Director of the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) which is the chair in the NDEP Fund since 1 July 2010 and which has provided substantial wherewithal to help bring about a number of environmental projects in Eastern Europe, including Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.
