Belarus-Kyrgyzstan

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic were established on January 21, 1993. 

In October 2014, September 2016 and April 2017, within the framework of the meetings of the integration bodies in Minsk and Bishkek, the working meetings of the presidents of Belarus and Kyrgyzstan were held. In November 2017, the President of Kyrgyzstan paid a working visit to Belarus to attend a meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council.

In November 2018 in Minsk, the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic took part in a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.

The Intergovernmental Belarusian-Kyrgyz Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation was established in 2000. The eighth meeting of the commission was held in October 2018 in Bishkek.

In 2017, trade with the Kyrgyz Republic amounted to $ 130.1 million, including exports — $ 123.5 million. The main Belarusian export commodity items to Kyrgyzstan are condensed and dried milk and cream, butter, cheese and cottage cheese, trucks, sugar, tractors and truck tractors, chipboards, parts and accessories for cars and tractors, machines and mechanisms for cleaning and threshing crops, poultry meat and offal.

Parts and accessories for automobiles and tractors (mainly radiators), animal products, dried fruits, mixtures of nuts or dried fruits, dried legumes were imported from Kyrgyzstan. 

In January-November 2018, the trade turnover between the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic amounted to $ 113.8 million, including exports — $ 104.9 million. 

In the Kyrgyz Republic, there are 56 representative offices and distributors of Belarusian enterprises, including the assembly production of MTZ OJSC tractors (opened in November 2016).
