How to pay a fee for the set-up and extension of operation for the offices of foreign businesses in Belarus

Appendix 22 to the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus establishes the following fee rates for the set-up and extension of operation for the offices of foreign businesses in Belarus.

Issue of permissions
-to open and extend the term of activity of a representative offices of foreign organizations in the Republic of Belarus	65 base values for each year of permit
-to open and extend the term of activity of a representative offices of non-commercial foreign organizations, and also representative offices of foreign organizations carrying out charity activities only in Belarus	20 base values for each year of permit
