Setting up a representation office of a foreign company

According to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.05.2018 № 408 “On the approval of the Regulations on the procedure for the opening and operation of representative offices of foreign organizations in the Republic of Belarus, amendments and additions to some Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the repeal of certain structural elements of Resolutions of the Council Ministers of the Republic of Belarus” from September 3, 2018, the functions of issuing (extending the validity period) of permits for the opening of representative offices of the foreign organizations in the Republic of Belarus are carried out by regional executive committees (Minsk city executive committee), depending on the location of the representative office.
