Ambassador of Belarus I.Sokol presents Credentials to the President of Ukraine

On October 5, 2016 in Kiev the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Ukraine, Igor Sokol, presented his Letters of Credence to the President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko.
During the meeting, the sides discussed intensification of bilateral trade and economic relations, including the expansion of business contacts in the engineering, agriculture, transport and energy sectors.
The parties confirmed their mutual interest in holding the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Belarusian-Ukrainian commission on trade and economic cooperation in Minsk in October 2016.
