Ambassador of Belarus S.Rachkov meets Minister of Trade and Industry of Egypt

On June 3, 2018 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Sergei Rachkov, met with the Minister of Trade and Industry of Egypt, Tarek Kabil.
The sides discussed current issues of bilateral trade and economic agenda, as well as implementation of joint projects in the area of industry, scientific research, higher education.
The preparation for the 5th session of the Belarusian-Egyptian Joint Trade Commission, scheduled to run in Autumn 2018, as well as prospects of creation of the Belarusian-Egyptian Joint Business council were considered.
The parties also discussed the preparation of the Free Trade Agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
