Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Rybakov meets the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency

On June 14, 2017 during his visit to Vienna to attend a session of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Valentin Rybakov, met with the IAEA Director General, Yukiya Amano.

During the meeting, V.Rybakov informed the IAEA Director General of ongoing realization of Belarusian NPP construction project and reported on the decision of the Belarusian side to make reports of missions of the IAEA’ Integrated Regulatory Review Service (IRRS) and Site and External Events Design (SEED) publicly available.

The sides also discussed cooperation within the framework of the IAEA Technical Cooperation Program, including the preparation of national technical cooperation projects for Belarus for 2018-2019.
