Ambassador of Belarus I.Petrishenko meets Ambassador of Egypt

On May 17, 2018, in Moscow the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation, Igor Petrishenko, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Belarus with residence in Moscow, Ihab Nasr. 

The sides discussed the current state and prospects for the Belarusian-Egyptian cooperation, further development of the legal basis of cooperation, the schedule of contacts at the highest level.

For reference. Diplomatic relations between the two countries were established on February 1, 1992. In 2017, the trade turnover between the two countries amounted to 97,4 million U.S. dollars, the volume of the Belarusian export – 76,1 million. U.S. dollars.
