Consultations between the Foreign Ministries of Belarus and Brazil

On October 19, 2017 Minsk hosted Consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil on the level of the Heads of territorial departments.
The Belarusian delegation was led by the Head of the Americas Department, Pavel Pustovoy, the Brazil delegation was headed by the Director of the Europe Department, Carlos Perez.
During the consultations, the parties discussed a wide range of issues of political, economic, inter-parliament cooperation between Belarus and Brazil, extension of legal basis of collaboration, interaction within international organizations, as well as facilitation of joint events.
The Brazilian delegation was also received by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Oleg Kravchenko. The sides discussed current state and prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation.
