Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus O.Kravchenko visits Brussels

On April 28, 2017 in Brussels, the Belarusian delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Oleg Kravchenko, participated in annual Eastern Partnership (EaP) Senior Officials Meeting.
The event is dedicated to the review of the interim results of the EaP implementation, tmatching of its priorities until 2020 and preparations for the EaP Summit in Brussels in November 2017.
During the meeting, the Belarusian delegation presented country’s stance on the development of Belarus-EU relations and improving the EaP effectiveness.
The Head of the Belarusian delegation also participated in separate meetings of representatives of the EaP six partner countries with the Managing Director of the European External Action Service (EEAS) for Europe and Central Asia, Thomas Mayr-Harting, and special representatives for the Eastern Partnership of the Foreign Ministries of the Netherlands, Sweden and Poland.
The parties discussed a wide range of current issues of cooperation in the EaP format.
