Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Makei meets the Ambassador of Moldova

On November 20, 2017 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to the Republic of Belarus, Victor Sorochan, on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries (on November 19, 2017).
During the meeting, the sides expressed their satisfaction with the fact that, since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the Belarusian-Moldovan dialogue has acquired a stable character with a busy agenda filled with contacts at the highest, high and other levels. Hence, consultations between the Foreign Ministries are held on the regular basis, multi-disciplinary cooperation is actively developing, including in the framework of direct inter-regional contacts.
The parties also considered a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, including the collaboration in the economic sphere, as well as facilitation of the planned Belarusian-Moldavian events.
