Ambassador of Belarus P.Pustovoy meets the UNWTO Secretary General

On August 20, 2019 in Madrid the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Kingdom of Spain, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Belarus to the World Tourism Organization, Pavel Pustovoy, had a meeting with the UNWTO Secretary General, Zurab Pololikashvili.
During the negotiations, the interlocutors discussed current issues of cooperation between Belarus and the UNWTO, the steps of our country to simplify the visa regime, as well as the results of the Secretary General’s recent visit to Belarus, dedicated to the II European Games. Z. Pololikashvili noted the high level of organization of the Games and emphasized that Belarus and its capital have a well-developed infrastructure for big sport forums.
During the meeting, the Ambassador P.Pustovoy also paid attention to the upcoming sport events that are planned to be held in our country, including to the athletics match between the European and US teams in September 2019.
