Ambassador of Belarus Y.Lazarchik meets the Deputy Minister of agricultural jihad of Iran

On December, 26 2017 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Yury Lazarchik, met with the Deputy Minister of agricultural jihad of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hassan Rokni.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues of bilateral partnership in the sphere of agriculture including the prospects of cooperation between veterinary and radiological servcies within the framework of the arrangement of Belarusian red meat export to Iran.

Ambassador handed over to the Iranian side a congratulatory letter from Minister of agriculture and food of the Republic of Belarus, Leonid Zayats, addressed to his Iranian colleague Mahmoud Hojati on the occasion of his reappointment to a high-level position and expressed hope that Iranian veterinary and radiological specialists will soon visit Belarus in order to get familiarize with Belarusian leading meet-and-dairy enterprises and verify the quality of Belarusian goods.

H.Rokni expressed satisfaction by the activity of the Joint Belarusian-Iranian working group for cooperation in the sphere of agriculture and acknowledged the intention to organize the visit in the nearest future.
