The Deputy Permanent Representative also expressed hope that protection of a family would be properly reflected in a new strategic plan, as it was a family that created a protective shield against external threats to a child, created an atmosphere of love and understanding which fully coincided with the UNICEF’s mandate of creating a safe environment for children.
