On the Visit of the Belarusian Delegation to Finland

On April 9, 2014 the Belarusian delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr.Alexander Guryanov continued its work in Helsinki.
Under the auspices of the leading Finnish export promoting organization Finpro the seminar “Customs Union and the Single Economic Space: Conditions, Meaning and Opportunities for Belarus-Finland economic cooperation” took place. The event gathered more than 120 guests.
Following the results of the plenary session the negotiation between Belarusian and Finnish companies were held.
The members of the official delegation held meetings with Finnish partners to discuss further joint steps. In particular, the negotiations between the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland, as well as between the Development Bank of Belarus and the bank Nordea with the participation of the insurance company Finnvera took place.
