Ambassador of Belarus Vladimir Skvortsov meeting with Deputy Director General of the Foreign Ministry of Israel
17 December 2014On December 7, 2014 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Israel Vladimir Skvortsov met with the Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel Zvi Rav-Ner.
The sides discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral agenda. The discussions centred on the prospects of strengthening trade and economic cooperation. The parties agreed in particular on approaches regarding joint effort on expanding investment cooperation, creation of Belarus-Israeli Agro-Industrial Park, preparation of the fifth meeting of the Joint Committee on trade and economic cooperation.
During the meeting, the sides also expressed willingness to continue working on preparation of mutual visits on different levels, holding in Israel the next round of political consultations between the foreign ministries, as well as intensifying cooperation in cultural and humanitarian areas.
