Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus A.Dapkiunas meets the Ambassador of the Republic of Congo

On May 14, 2018 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Andrei Dapkiunas, received copies of Credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Congo to the Republic of Belarus non-resident, David Madouka.
At the meeting, the sides discussed a wide range of bilateral issues, including opportunities for high level contacts between the two countries, as well as importance of intensifying cooperation within international organizations.
Special attention was paid to the opportunities and feasibility of developing and implementing a comprehensive cooperation plan in the agricultural sector, which would include training of qualified specialists in Belarus, promotion of effective schemes for supply and production of agricultural machinery for the needs of the Republic of the Congo, as well as transfer of advanced agricultural production technologies.
