Ambassador of Belarus I.Paluyan met with Chairman of the National Assembly of Ecuador

On June 19, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Ecuador, Igar Paluyan, held a meeting with the Chairman of the National Assembly (unicameral Parliament) of Ecuador, Elizabeth Cabezas.
The sides discussed the possibilities of activation of inter-parliamentary cooperation between two countries, exchange of visits of the Belarusian and Ecuadorian legislators delegations, intensification of practical cooperation within the framework of the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the Latin American Parliament (Belarus has the observer status in PARLATINO).
Particular attention was paid to the creation in the National Assembly of Ecuador of the inter-parliamentary cooperation group with the National Assembly of Belarus in the near future.
