Ambassador of Belarus I.Petrishenko meets the Ambassador of the Lebanese Republic

On June 6, 2018 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation, Igor Petrishenko, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lebanese Republic to Russian Federation, Shawki Bou Nassar, held a working meeting.
During the meeting, the sides discussed intensification of bilateral cooperation in different spheres, as well as interaction between business circles of the two countries, development of the legal basis of bilateral relations.
Background information: Diplomatic relations between the two countries were established in March 21, 1996. In 2017 the trade turnover amounted to 103,2 million U.S. dollars.
