Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Makei meets the Ambassador of China

On September 17, 2020 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Belarus, Cui Qiming, at his request.
The sides discussed the schedule of the forthcoming contacts at highest and high levels, development of trade and economic cooperation, interaction of countries on international platforms and issues of joint counteraction against spread of COVID-19.
V.Makei also noted that Belarus supports the initiative on global information security proposed by China that goes in line with the initiative of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko to create a digital neighborhood belt.
