Ambassador of Belarus O.Paferov meets the Vice-President of Venezuela

On March 16, 2018 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Venezuela, Oleg Paferov, met with the Vice-President of Venezuela, Ricardo Menendez.

During the talks, the sides discussed current state and prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation, including the implementation of the agreements reached during the visit of the President of Venezuela to Belarus and the meeting of the Joint Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation held in Minsk in 2017. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the activities stipulated by the Road Map of Bilateral Cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for the Short-term and Long-term Perspectives.

The sides also discussed the issues related to the next meeting of the Joint Commission to be held in 2018.
