Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Rybakov visits Malaysia

October 19–21 2016, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Valentin Rybakov is on a visit in Malaysia.

On October 20, 2016 Mr. Rybakov met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia Sri Reezal Merican and the Secretary-General for bilateral affairs of the Malaysian Foreign Ministry Dato’ Muhammad Shahrul Ikram. Mr. Rybakov also met with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Datuk Seri Dr. Ismail Bakar, the Deputy Minister of Defense Dato’ Sri Mohd Johari bin Baharum, the Deputy Speaker of the House Representatives of the Parliament of Malaysia Datuk Ronald Kiandee and the executives of the Malaysian company Agromate Holding.

On October 21, 2016 Mr. Rybakov held meetings with the Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia for Trade Datuk Chua Tee Yong and with the President of the National Chamber of Commerce Datuk Syed Ali Alattas.

At the meetings a wide range of issues of Belarus–Malaysia cooperation was discussed including the exchange of visits of the official and business delegations, expansion of trade, economic and investment cooperation, establishment of legal instruments.
