On the Session of Belarus-Poland Intergovernmental Committee on Cross-border Cooperation

On July 15, 2014 the IX session of Belarus-Poland Intergovernmental Committee on cross-border cooperation took place in Minsk.
The Belarusian delegation was headed by the chair of the Belarusian part of the Committee – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr.Aleksandr Guryanov, the Polish – by First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Interior Mr.Piotr Stachańczyk.
During the session the Committee considered a wide range of issues of Belarus-Poland interaction in cross-border affairs, including transfrontier and interregional cooperation, territorial planning, checkpoints and infrastructure at Belarus-Poland border, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
