Belarusian Delegation participates in the meeting of the Advisory Panel of Heads of Legal Departments of the Foreign Ministries of CIS Member States

On October 18-19, 2017 Belarusian delegation headed by the Head of the General Department of Treaties and Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Andrei Metelitsa, participated in the 23rd meeting of the Advisory Panel of Heads of Legal Departments of the CIS Member States Foreign Ministries.
The agenda of the meeting included consideration of the draft of the CIS Treaties Legal Inventory Guidelines, which was prepared by the CIS Executive Committee jointly with the Belarusian Foreign Ministry, and of amendments to the CIS Treaties Drafting Guidelines, which were introduced by the Belarussian delegate.
The members of the Advisory Panel also discussed ongoing reform of the Economic Court of the Commonwealth of Independent States and prospects for its’ activities, as well as other issues of Foreign Ministries Legal and Treaties Departments activities of mutual interest.
