Ambassador of Belarus Y.Sluka presents copies of the Credentials to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Syria

On December 26, 2018 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Syrian Arab Republic, Yury Sluka, presented copies of his Credentials to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Syria, Walid Al-Moualem.

During the meeting, the parties confirmed the friendly nature of the Belarusian-Syrian relations,as well as discussed ways of their further development in various fields.

Special attention was paid to the participation of the Belarusian side in the process of post-conflict reconstruction of Syria, the provision of humanitarian aid to the Syrian side, as well as to the project on the admission of Syrian children affected by the war to rest and recuperation in Belarus.
