On August 5, 2019, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Kravchenko received copies of credentials from the newly arrived Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Belarus Einars Semanis.
During the meeting, the parties considered current issues of Belarusian-Latvian cooperation, the interaction of Belarus and Latvia in the region and within the framework of international organizations.
Belarusian and latvian diplomats discussed the results of the recent visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia E.Rinkēvičs to Belarus, focusing on the need to fulfill the agreements reached during the visit.
O.Kravchenko wished E.Semanis interesting work in our country.
