Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus S.Aleinik meets the Ambassador of Palestine

On April 30, 2024 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Sergei Aleinik, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Belarus, Ahmed Mohammed al-Madbuh.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the current situation in the Middle East region, as well as prospects for normalizing the situation in the Gaza Strip.
The sides called for a speedy fair resolution of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, which requires political will, resumption of the negotiation process and intensified efforts of all involved and interested parties.
On the occasion of the appointment of a new government in Palestine, S.Aleinik conveyed congratulatory messages from the Belarusian side and expressed hope for continuing joint work to develop bilateral relations in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
